This, That, and You MAG
the sounds of a troubled, huddled mind …
as you appear in my atmosphere
 I hear memories unwind
and in the din the air is clear.

then upon the wind the stench of fear
this was where my tongue was tied
this is when it went awry
this was me when I hid and cried
this is when she will say good-bye
this time which I unlived alive.

but my skies alit with a lavender flash
that was your entrance into my eyes
that is the end of soul-crippling cries
that was the day of my ashen release
that is my heart, steeped in your peace
that living day, that beating seed
 all that you are
 setting me free.
