Favorite Quote:
"We still live! We still love! We shall die dancing in each other's arms!" -Dr. Faustus

reach and recede
reach and recede
goose bumps extend to the sun
cool breeze
sliding
slipping
licking
kissing
the tenderest of inner thighs
long long hair
thread like constellations
shake like autumn leaves
an unabashed whip of curiosity
calling forth to distant harbors
mumbling familiar syllables
of unfamiliar names
slinking
gracefully
over wide eyes
freckled nose
wishful lips
which ache
nonchalantly
for granting palm
which questions
unobtrusively
the teachings of the world
which demand
insistently
the stitching
of wishful lips

pink hands
carved from fists
unravel to receive the sun's blessing
exposing
the delicate
blue threads
which feed them
snaking
to the
gushing
throbbing
salivating
purpled fruit
which
since cast from the tree
has defied its purpose
and hungers
constantly
for that which will never be attained
yet
which will forever be sought after
reach and recede
reach and recede

This piece is mainly about sexuality and its ties to individuality. A lot of my work involves personification and nature. I hope you can look deep into this and find your own meaning.
