stroll hand in hand down the street.
I’m tired
of fantasizing about
what I wish was to be.

of sadness.
I’m tired
of this looming cloud over me.
All I want is to be loved.
To know someone cares.
To know that they’re always there,
no matter what.
To know that they’d do anything for me.
To know that I might be someone’s world.
All I want is to be happy.
Is that so much to ask for?
