Best Friends
I used to know this boy
Who could bring me lots of joy (:
He had a way of telling stories with his eyes
And I surely knew they weren't full of lies
His smile could make the butterflies fly
Making it so I could barely mumble out a hi
It was the sweetest sound when he said my name
But I should have known it was a game
I'll really miss the looks he'd give
From silly to the cheesy grin
I guess he decided to let me go
Maybe I was a pain in his toe
As you can tell I miss him much
Especially all our silly memories and such (:
