Sunshine
Bursting, luscious light
Sweeping golden rays across the ground
Cleaning away the darkness
One little piece at a time
Lovingly filling in the holes
Until all the world is bursting with light
Then carefully putting itself away
Folding itself back one inch at a time
Until it can come out again
And warm the world tomorrow
