Darkness

All I can see is the moon,
the rest is very vague,
I try to look harder,
but I still see nothing.
I hear whispers in the wind,
that are telling me,
to turn around,
but I continue going.
I feel something breathing on my shoulder,
but when I go to look back,
it stops,
the darkness is over bearing.
I feel his presence,
as he stares into my soul,
he takes oevr my heart,
that's just how it goes.
The worst part of all is how it ends,
I'm here now,
but what happened,
to the rest?
