Favorite Quote:
But Tramps Like Us, Baby We Were Born To Run...

I sit with a group of my friends and
I look around and I just laugh inwardly.

These are the people I grew up with,
the people I'll always keep close,
I can hardly believe that we're on the door step of graduation
It's wondrous
So blissful and yet sad at the same time
I'll miss not being able to just chill for an hour at lunch
I'll miss passing all the kids and getting dirty looks
I certainly won't miss the drama
And all of the negativity coming my way these last weeks
of my high school career I know will just breeze by me
as if nothing ever happened
I'll go on to college, suffer new adult drama and smile
knowing my years of adolescence are over
That I can approach problems analytically and only hope
that it doesn't get physical

I sit with a group of friends and laugh outwardly,
a smile to brighten all of our days
Despite the directions we'll go, I know I'll never have
to worry about drama with my best friends
I won't ever have to worry about the negativity of outsiders
because all I'll ever need are my closest homies
What else could a girl ask for?
