TIME is slipping through my fingers.
I can't
make the sand stop falling,
the clock stop ticking,
the earth stop spinning.
I need more minutes,
moments,
chances.
I can't get everything done.
I'm not ready to be done.
I am much too old for my own good.
I just want to drive these streets
with all the windows down.
all my guards down.
too invincible.
change is terrifying.
