Sun shines mossy green
through the trees.
Inhale the deep woodsy smell
controlling your senses.
Deer trape lightly
over the leaves.
A stick snaps in the distance
as the girls soft laugh
trills through the peace.
Birds scatter at her noise
flying,soaring,leaving for safety.
The creek bubbles with a tune
branches sway to an unheard rhythm.
Bugs crawl in silence
silhouetted against the glowing sky.
My forest dances
turning,leaping
moving to the beat of my breath.
All join on this restless stage
playing my music,my symphony.
