I like the idea of the structure being like a conversation (a struggle) within oneself. The only problem with this is it really does go like thoughts usually do: a little scatterbrained. It was kind of choppy and difficult to read. But if you perfect this idea of talking to yourself, it could be something great. I definitely see potential though.
