On The Horizon
I get the sense
 Of your ignorance
 It's like a headache,
 So intense

Now let's cut to the chase
 No cops, no lawyers
 No rapists, no murderers
 Can separate humanity
 From insanity
 The tranquility
 Of Our history
 War
 Poverty
 Crime and the
 Freedom of the Embassy

 Living everyday
 With the guilt-trip delay
 Like a Pawn,
 I play to everyone's command
 I'm Like a Knight,
 I move with a purpose
 Like a Bishop,
 I cut people off sideways
 I'm like a King,
'Cause I know where I stand
 The question is: Do you?
My heart races to the beat
 Trying, dying to keep pace
 I can take the heat,
 That's no problem
 The question becomes: Can you?

 'Cause I'm on the horizon
 Living, breathing
 A new paradigm
 Of this thing called life
