on the wings of misery
my dreams made me a liar
my wings made me a monster
why do we pose like angels,
while listening to the devils on our shoulders?
 when all we really are
is as good as what we hide behind
but the plastic, lies, and paint
 could never disguise your hate
i see you, for what you really are
 nothing but a beauty marred
 insides ripped open show scars
lets see who you really are
you hated me for what i am
now ill be everything you cant
ill use these wings to fly away
ill show you days alone in hate
 leaving you in misery
 ill leave you the life
 that you left me
