Dungeon Heart
Let me run away,
 Don't call me home.
 Don't keep me hostage
 While I could roam.
 You lock me here,
 And for what reason?
I'm not someone you'll ever believe in.
Not for long; just day or night,
Because I'm selfish and ruthless, keen to fight.
Yet you lock my soul in that heart of yours,
Block the exits; barracade the doors
I want to be free, I want to let go
But it seems if I'm something you're unwilling to show.
My own little corner, my own little room
Nothing here but dried tears in this gloom.
I'm nothing important, matter of fact,
For some reason to you, I feel attached.
So tell me it's over, tell me it's done,
Tell me the song has already been sung
I want to be free, I want to go home,
Find other hearts more worthy to own.
