Falling to Pieces

I am on the brink of danger
About ready to tumble
And no one will see me fall,
Not because they don’t want to
But because I won’t let them
I have made myself invisible,
Invisible to everyone
No one will see me cry
No one will know when I’m through
They will never see me crumble
They won’t know until it’s over
Won’t notice till I’m gone
No one will care at all
I have excepted my fate
Embraced the pain
Now I am letting it all go
I am falling to pieces
