Tattoes from the scars
of my inside war
pain seeping down
deep in my core

The tears of my pain
hurts more than my cuts
caged inside
of my closed ruts

The bars on my heart
thicker than the seem
hollow out the sound
of my broken scream

Fighting it hurts
giving me scars
the lost soul
hollowed by my hurts afar
