Of the war
The sad faces of soldiers
The blood and dirt...
I lay down my blanket
On the dirty ground
Thud...
A boot steps around
The mud splashes my face
I lay on the ground
The dark wall I stare at
Is like the fear inside me...

I lay in the mud
