The Tiny Tyrant Within
I am the height of your shadow tall,
I set the pace of each bite and all.
I am the friends you choose to keep,
I am the father your children meet.
I am the adenoma, a silent blight,
Turning your day into endless night.
I hold the reins of all you do,
Sending commands like generals do.
Hence my name, both feared and grand,
I am the one to make you sad or stand.
I nurture your daughter, give her might,
I spark your energy, day and night.
Yet I can strike, the reaper’s call,
The smallest force, yet affecting all.
