Writers Block
Oh what a shock
He had just discovered
His terrible case of writer's block
He mustered his resolve and thought
“I shall sit here till I die”
But oh such terrible feelings he wrought
The blank white page made him want to cry
And cry he nearly did
But he first he placed his pen on the page
And yet the writers block forbid
He sat there for days on end
Sleeping no more than a moment
The time passing, he could not comprehend
Yet when he finally decided to relent
It was far too late for him
His skin ashes
With withered limbs
Nothing left but his glasses.

Spoiler Alert: I was suffering from a pretty bad case of writers block when I wrote this.
