Memory poem
Memory poem
I remember the days I was young
Feeling of boredom and tired
Sometimes happy and anxious
I remember the sharp cold air in the winter
And the soft warm breezes throughout summer
I remember touching and playing with the grass
And sometimes rolling in the mud and dirt
First days of school came upon me
Feeling of empty and sadness
As we sit around inside
Then came recess
The excitement and joy
Felt as it never lasted long
Till we had to go back to learning
Middle school days came to me
Before I knew it middle school came to and end
Here comes along high school
Now I had to find a job
The harsh reality of growing up hit me
Had full responsibilities of my actions
Playing in the grass was no longer fun
Here come graduation
Felt as if it went by to quick
It was fun
