how the girl who once begged not to receive clothes on her birthday now begs for all the dresses in the world.
Isn't it ironic
how the girl who grew up surrounded by friends now sits alone in her car at lunch surrounded by nothing but her own thoughts.
Isn't it ironic
how the girl who once adored her body now treats it as if it were a cutting board.
Isn't it ironic
how the girl who grew up admiring people with natural beauty now compares herself to them.
Isn't it ironic
how the girl who outgrew her youth also outgrew the beauty and innocence that existed within it.
