maybe we share a mom but not a dad
Still that never stopped you from raising me
it never stopped you from taking me in your arms and sheltering me
it never stopped you from getting a PHD to help people like my dad
it never stopped you from encouraging me
it’s never stopped you
it will never stop you
blood relations meant nothing to you.
