My Flower Thalia

A white rose

Time always grows

Looking around, everyone is here

I no longer must live in fear

Orange tulips wrap around my thoughts

I feel as though nothing is lost

She blooms for me like a red camellia

Nothing in my mind would ever reconsider

Your smile is that of a yellow tulip

Shining brighter and brighter I can’t not look

A two-toned carnation shall never be seen

The gleam in your eyes, I will never leave

A red lily I will always gift to you

Even when I am one with the grassy dew

A blazing star flower is what I see

Before me is a woman of beauty

Scotch brooms bloom much like our love

My heart matches a soaring dove

Bee balms from me if you ever feel ill

I would never wish your throat to be shrill

Though we may not be rich like a pink azalea

It does not affect you my dear Thalia

Like an alyssum your worth is beyond all money

You make me bloom with your voice of honey

Your personality like an aster

Each day you charm me faster

Yellow roses block my vision

When you are near another

I’m careful not to smother

But, like a violet you stay by me

Thalia, my flower, I love thee

Flowers each mean something different and I thought it could be interesting to write a poem about the different meanings. Also it’s a love poem😍
