sisters
Sisters
Your best friend and worst enemy.
Resulting in days of agony
over wearing her favorite shirt by accident.
Or causing happiness and laughter over conversations
of memories and interesting vacations.
Someone to learn lessons from,
and pass along to the younger one.
A younger sister or an older sister?
That’s a hard choice,
both can bring joy.
An older sister provides advice,
A younger sister listens.
Sisters -
no one can make your blood boil more than them,
constantly bothering you,
making you feel like you have a brain aneurysm.
However, being without them causes you to feel glum,
filled with boredom.
They drive you up a wall,
but are there for you every time you fall.
Laughing though? Probably.
What else would you expect from a sister?
