Better in Memory
Looking up to my older siblings
Getting their license
The excitement in the eyes
Me counting down the days
Playing driving games on my iphone
One day I will be able to drive
I reassure myself daily
Patience Patience
But, now I have my license
And now that I can drive
Having my own car
Its draining and a chore
Running errands
Doctors appointments
There's no more excitement

This poem is showing how I felt before I got my license and then when I got my license. How much more excited I was when I couldn't drive and looking forward to the day that I turned 16.
