The Woods

I can hear the steps of animals nearby
The crunching of leaves under their feet and mine
The sky is almost completely out of sight
Covered by the abundance of tall trees all around me
With every breeze I catch a new scent
Some good and some bad
I hear the birds chirping in the trees
And I see the squirrels scurrying around
This place is so peaceful and it clears my mind
This place is the woods
