We are born into a world of violence
Suffering
A never ending cycle
Waking up to yet another reporter
Addressing another shooting
Parents
Without their children
We come into the world innocent
Not knowing
What's wrong
What's right
It makes one wonder
Are we the problem?
Violence can be
Learned
Taught
Although thats true
Some of us
Its who we are
Cruel
And Violent
Kids no longer fear the monsters
Under their bed
Or in their closets
They fear
The heavily armed men
Who enter their
School building
We are the monsters

what inspired me to write this was all the recent shootings that have been going on in the U.S its horrible that these are issues that can be fixed , but nothing is going to be done to prevent it.
