Stress is Inevitable

Stress
Something that everyone has.
My stress
Formed from different sources
Parents
Family loss
But people never know what is causing it.
People say that they are stressed
But from what?
Work?
School?
Sports?
Stress
Something that is in no one's control
But why do something that stresses you out?
Why keep putting yourself through that?
Because we are designed to keep it around
Humans don’t want to find a way out
Although we may try
Everything in life can cause stress

I think it is a piece that speaks the unspoken, everyone is stressed but no one is completely honest about why. I feel like this poem just shows that.
