Let Yourself Go
I’m sick and tired of seeing my people
Getting fat and lazy
Making bad decisions
It really is so crazy
Don’t you know how good you have it?
Let healthy become your habit
Let yourself go …
Outside or to the gym
Can’t you see this race we’re in?
You’ll never make it to the end
With the kind of shape that you’re in
I see that Big Mac in your mouth
Eat some broccoli how ‘bout
Put down the Snicker bar
Can you live with who you are?
They say you are what you eat
So maybe eat some real meat
Let yourself go …
Outside or to the gym
Can’t you see this race we’re in?
You’ll never make it to the end
With the kind of shape that you’re in
Stop sitting all day long
You have got it all wrong
Stop smoking every day
One day you’re gonna pay
Stop drinking alcohol
You’re making the wrong call
Let yourself go …
Outside or to the gym
Can’t you see this race we’re in?
You’ll never make it to the end
With the kind of shape that you’re in
Don’t just listen to this talk
Instead go take a walk
When you think that you are done
Go for another run
You should really adhere
‘Cause when the results start to appear
Just take a look in the mirror
And be happy with yourself there
Let yourself go …
Outside or to the gym
Can’t you see this race we’re in?
You’ll never make it to the end
With the kind of shape that you’re in
The end
