I’m in a field picking a berry

As I rhyme like a fairy

The berry is bigger than Mary

Who am I kidding I’m writing this in a dairy

A book that I might just bury

who has time to rhyme like a fairy

Or think about girls named Mary

The author's comments:

I’m sitting in a circus tent eating blackberries when a little kid wearing fairy wings runs by. This kid reminded me of simpler times spent outside.
