When I was growing up I used to be one of those kids

Who said “thats so gay” to something funny-

I had trouble finding my real identity 

Until the tenth grade

I was behind closed doors

I am gay

Who am I?

Im a Gay highschool senior

Who got bullied

Who got called “f*ggot”

When I first came out-

Why did I wait so long

When I first came out it was scary

I knew from a young age I liked both

I was young

I was unsure about my identity

But I came out when I did

I wasn't scared

Wasn't a confused kid anymore

I know what I want

And who I am 

This is me
