Happiness in spring
Happiness reminds me of spring
All can seem beautiful and warm
Till an unpredictable storm hits
Then all seems to flood
And wash away
When the spring begins
The cherry blossoms will bloom
The beauty is short
Once spring ends and petals fall
All of that beauty, all gone
It all can seem gray
It can feel like a fisherman sitting on a bank
Never catching anything
Just hopefully waiting
Do I have to wait for spring to begin?
Will it go away when spring ends?

The poem is about how happiness can be compared to spring. I was inspired to write this after reading a Miyazawa Kenji poem.
