The Dog That Got Away
In the forest on a dark and freezing cold night
A gust of wind went through the forest.
Estella turned to her left when she
Heard a loud thud
A tree fall to the ground, and
As she turned around, her
Dog was gone
She looked and looked but..
He dog was gone
It was getting colder by the minute.
She was yelling “Gerade where are you”
The wind got stronger and the dog was
Nowhere to be seen, it was getting to
The point where she couldn't see anymore
But she couldn't leave her dog
So she continued to look..
Hours go by
But then…
She heard something sounding
Like a dog whimpering,
She looked at the fallen tree
The tree was on the dogs legs
The dog had lost so much blood
And could barely breathe
So when she got The dog out
From under the tree
It was already too late
She had to put Gerade down
Her best friend since she was little
It was the hardest thing she ever had to do
But she couldn't see
Her dog suffer anymore
