Josma
She’s very funny sometimes.
She tries to smile all the time.
But what she hides inside is deeper than how deep they say the ocean is.
She’s full of love and emotions but sometimes she gets carried away by it.
When she gets my hair done she's a little tender headed.
Mommy will always tell her “yanga na pain” meaning beauty is pain in Kiro.
She feels like a baby looking at itself in the mirror for the first time.
Just like any other melanin girl in this world the sun makes her glow more than she already does.
She’s just like a piece of gold made into something special.
When the sun hits her melanin skin she shines like a piece of diamond .
Just like anybody else in this world she makes mistakes but learns from them.
She’s a puppy learning how to climb up the stairs and go back down.
She’s an optimistic person, she tries to think of the good in every bad situation.
Just like a mother trying to make her teenage daughter happy when going through a heartbreak.
Her love for people and babies is unimaginable.
She loves being around people that makes her happy most especially her cousins or parents
She feels like a baby happy to play.
Being around babies makes her feel cheerful and sometimes soothing.
She doesn't think of anything else in this world except trying to put a smile on their face and making them happy.
She’s just a young teenage melanin West African girl from Sierra Leone.
