Once a small caterpillar as unlucky as could be, had string-like cuts through her heart that ran deep.
One wish was all it took for a beautiful bird to show up too. 
Thinking she was gone she followed through. 
Flying through the air, as free as could be, she thanked the bird for letting her be. 
He took her to a place far and with glee she started to change. 
A beautiful butterfly emerged but not yet able to fly as the cuts still ran deep. The bird decided to help by showing her his wings. 
With glee she opened hers, and a beautiful pattern as bright as the bird believed unfolded. 
Flapping her wings along with the birds, they fell in love and flew high and free.
