Fake Promises
Rage is a bouquet of fake flowers.
Seeing those fake flowers remind me of
all those fake promises you told me.
All those times you told me about your past making me believe I was your future.
You bunched up all my insecurities and showcased them to the world.
Making me hate the fact that I allowed you to hurt me.
You stopped me from being able to grow, I hope I can hurt you as much as you hurt me.
I hope by throwing away your clothes and fake flowers
I get to forget you and your fake promises.
