is Love for you?
Love is Forever
Love is like the nostalgic smell of home, You are my home, but some people don't have a home.
Love is the beautiful melody that comes out of Your mouth when You say my name, but sometimes when You say my name it's filled with disgust.
Love can open your eyes to see the true beauty of everything or love can make you blind and keep you in complete darkness.
Love can be a smooth sandy path that keeps on going forever or it can be a gravel road with a dead end and nowhere else to go
Some people get the chance to fall in love, others get near enough to falling, You can't blame me for falling.
Forever isn't for everyone, is Love for You?

Some of the lines in the poem I got inspiration from an Arctic Monkeys song "Snap Out of It", which I really like. It may not be the exact same perception of love the song was talking about, or the same circumstances, but those two specific lines always stuck out to me. Since my poem had to be about love, the song and those lines came to my mind and I wanted to incorporate them into the poem in some way.
