Sunken Chair

Exhaustion is a chair.
The cushion is concave and the leather is breaking.
No one thinks to rejuvenate it,
To give it a rest from being sat in.
Eventually the chair is set on the curb.
The leather completely flaked off.
Now no one will sit in it again.
A good thing for an exhausted chair.
