Stay strong. I know what it feels like and I hope whoever is manipulating you stops and that things get better even if it means distance between you.
This piece is an inside look into how it feels to be manipulated. I hope this piece makes people recognize how much pain comes with being manipulated. And maybe it will inspire some to look inside themselves and see if they're being manipulated themselves, or maybe manipulating others.
