A Gloomy Day
As I look up, the beautiful bright orange sun is blocked by the ever so powerful, uninviting and depressing clouds.
The comfort that is usually provided by the sun is covered by what the fog enshrouds.
It can turn a euphoric and joyous person into the anxious and insecure person that hides under.
The feeling that can change when the blue skies turn to lightning and thunder.
How rain and gloomy days can break a person down.
How they can turn a smile
into a frown.
How they can make a passionate swimmer
Desire to surrender and drown
But one must remember that the sun will return
And the joy will break through
And we will be able to gaze upwards at the powerful and bright blue
