What it’s like to overthink for those who don’t
It's like swimming through the darkest
water and never coming up for air
Like running as fast as you
can without taking a breath
even when you sleep
you never really stop
the wheels in your head keep
turning
and turning
And turning
Pounding together to find a
solution that doesn’t exist
The pressure is
Building
And building
And building
The force is blinding
It is self doubt
And second guessing
High expectations
And perfectionism
Did I make the right decision?
Is this the best I can do?
It’s a vicious never ending cycle
Will it ever stop?
