Rushing Water

Life’s a river,
Rushing across streams,
Chasing a destination,
Faster and faster to bring clarity,
Circulating the ways of water,
Crossing intersections to change.
Go and coming it flows,
Extended like legs as it grows,
Never in emotions it shows
Even in a placid body,
Moving through the world,
To come full circle,
Again and again,
As its purpose,
Until it’s end’s fulfilled,
Evaporation,
And created again for more.
