Thoughts surround

silence yet screaming in my brain

There is something strange about this town

did I choose to be this way, is there momentum to gain

when will I be set free

music is all I hear, shadows I see

tiny fragments of the past

small intrusions

my mind's thoughts are very vast

 a very bright intuition

take some time, take a breathe

1, 2, 3, find all the steps you need

take a breathe 

stop your thoughts

there is no threat

you have hardily fought

at last, let go

at last, all is calm, all is gone

Take a breathe and let it go
