Deep Breath in and out
Again and again
All I could hear was my heart thumping in my head
Thump, thump, thump
My stomach hurts,
My palms are sweaty
My hands can’t stop shaking
I can’t breathe.
It feels as if my world is ending
But it isn’t, I know it isn't
I wish I could make it stop, for just a beat
Just a moment of normalcy
Just a pause to be something more than worried
