Amygdala Hijack
My brain extends its fingertips to pull itself like a magnet that resists attracting.
Thoughts filled with scribbles; trying not to implode my mind with the feeling of stress that comes into my head.
Heavy...my head feels heavy from all the pressure, anxiety, and stress that overwhelms and engulfs my self-being like waves crashing and throwing me around with no hope of escaping.
An endless loop in which I chase myself in a circle, but never seem to catch the tail.
Until I just give in and lose my sanity; lose what makes me, ME
