She used to love looking at herself.

But as she grew up her beautiful self changed.

She got older and that thin little girl she was.

Had become this monster eating everything in sight.

“Why do you eat so much?” 

“Why are you so fat?”

“Are u really gonna eat all of that?”

“Slow down, we don't want you to be fat.”

The words repeat in her head.

Every time she looks in the mirror.

“Why do you eat so much?” 

“Why are you so fat?”

“Are u really gonna eat all of that?”

“Slow down, we don't want you to be fat.”

The words that turned her own mind against her.

Will be in her thoughts forever.

She can’t change the past.

But she can try to change her body.

“Just stop eating.”

“It’s not as bad as it sounds.”

“Seriously we all do it.”

“If you still want to eat, just throw up after.”

“It’s easy, you'll be fine.”

That's what they all say.

The less you eat the more you’ll lose.

But once you start you'll never stop.

Just a few more pounds.

But once you're skinny.

Still all you think about is losing just a little more.

Just a few more pounds won’t hurt.

But then she became this tiny girl.

With so much to lose .

Just another few pounds turned into a hospital room.

“You need to eat.”

“Please just one bite.”

“Just eat damit.”

“Please eat for me baby?”

Nothing helps one you start, you can never stop.
