Third Wheels
I have overcome many battles in my life
But i can't seem to get over this one
This battle that cut my heart with a staggered knife
The battle of constant but also temporary feelings
Sometimes my mind is blank
And it feels like i'm just looking at plain ceilings
But sometimes the battle is at the climax
And i'm so low
That i have to put on acts
Because I don't have energy and nothing seems to flow
In my chemically imbalanced brain
Like I said, the feeling is temporary
But when its here
It becomes too much to carry
On my shoulders that hurt
From lifting this scary
Yet comforting feeling
But sometimes it doesn't go away
It simply starts third wheeling
