Understanding yourself
I am unique in my ways and I won’t change for nobody.
I am independent and won’t try to fit in when it’s not right.
“This rose-Tree is not made to bear the violet blue, nor
Lily fair.”
I am me, I stay me.
I am a man of talent, somewhere hidden inside of me.
“All envious persons are: With care and culture all may find some
Pretty flower in their own mind, some talent that is rare.”
I am a person of many talents, some hidden behind a great wall
Of judgement.
I am a kid who won’t give up until that rose has bloom, natural or not.
I am my “pretty own flower” in ways found or
Unfound. I am a man who’s wall is towering the unfound.
Soon there will be no wall, and I will storm over and through
To say I have found my unfound.
