Bagels

Bagels are food,
So as they seem,
But they can be everything with some sesame seed,
While uncooked, they may cause disgust,
So toasting is a must,
And paired with cream cheese, they are worthy to boast,
To many, even worth a post,
Due to their shape, they are often mistaken,
And to many, donuts, would rather be taken,
But they are no lesser than their sweeter counterpart,
A bagel can be a work of art,
