A young adult today
Is different
From other generations (there is such a gap)
It is a different world (in my eyes)
It is constant opinions
It is technology driven
It is a world without the joy of reading a book to find out information (phones have taken that role)
It is a world where we all have means of communicating all around the world

The sound of beeps from twitter, snapchat, and many more fills my ears, scrathcing them
People connecting as well as cathcing up fills the air with smiles and laughs (especially people who may not be close)

A world that seems to be advancing too quickly
WIth new machines an dinventions every day, making the world run

The inspiration for this poem was being a young adult in this world. I talked about how I percieve the world and what I experience every day. I think it gives the poem a sense of relatability because many other teens can relate to it. My poem gives an insight from me on the world. This may provide thoguhts and ideas for the reader as well. Teens have experienced what I wrote about because we are living in a technology driven world. My inspiration for the poem was the takes that I have on the world.
