Stop It
Stop it!
You keep telling yourself to stop
You can hear the voice inside of your head
Stop it
Stop it
Stop it
It can shout out as loud as it wants
But you keep on going back
Back to the fridge
Back to the pantry
Back for more
Back for just one more bite
You can keep going until it’s hard to breathe
You can burst out into tears
But you won’t stop
Don’t look into the mirror
Don’t step onto that scale
Don’t lift up your shirt
Don’t cry about it the next day
You did it to yourself
What’re you crying for?
